### sec.150 Limitation of powers
The powers of an authorised officer may be limited—
under a regulation; or
under a condition of appointment; or
by written notice of the chief executive given to the officer.
Notice under subsection (1) (c) may be given orally, but must be confirmed in writing as soon as practicable after it is given.
