### sec.148F Register of applicants, authority holders and former authority holders The chief executive must keep a register of the following persons— applicants for authorities; holders of authorities; former holders of authorities. The register must contain, for each person mentioned in subsection (1) , the particulars prescribed by regulation that are available to the chief executive. See chapter 6 , part 6 , division 2 , subdivision 2 about the confidentiality of information recorded in the register.
