### sec.148F Register of applicants, authority holders and former authority holders
The chief executive must keep a register of the following persons—
applicants for authorities;
holders of authorities;
former holders of authorities.
The register must contain, for each person mentioned in subsection (1) , the particulars prescribed by regulation that are available to the chief executive.

The register may be kept in the way the chief executive considers appropriate, including, for example, in an electronic form.

(sec.148F-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of the following persons— applicants for authorities; holders of authorities; former holders of authorities.
