### sec.145 Authorised officer may require production of licence, approval etc.
An authorised officer may—
require a licensee or approved carer to produce to the officer—
the person’s licence or certificate of approval; or
a document required to be kept by the person under this Act; and
inspect, take extracts from, make copies of or keep a document produced to the officer under paragraph (a) .
An authorised officer—
may keep a document under subsection (1) (b) only to take copies of it; and
must, as soon as practicable after taking the copies, return it to the person who produced it.

(sec.145-ssec.1) An authorised officer may— require a licensee or approved carer to produce to the officer— the person’s licence or certificate of approval; or a document required to be kept by the person under this Act; and inspect, take extracts from, make copies of or keep a document produced to the officer under paragraph (a) .
(sec.145-ssec.2) An authorised officer— may keep a document under subsection (1) (b) only to take copies of it; and must, as soon as practicable after taking the copies, return it to the person who produced it.
