### sec.142A Persons whose suitability may be investigated
This division provides for the chief executive to obtain particular information to help in deciding, and monitoring, the suitability of—
for a licence—
the person who will be or is responsible for directly managing a licensed care service operated under the licence; and
the directors of an applicant for the licence or the licensee; and
the nominee for the licence; and
the persons who will be, or are, performing risk-assessed roles for a licensed care service operated under the licence; or
for a certificate of approval—
an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate; and
another adult member of the household of an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate.

- (a) for a licence— (i) the person who will be or is responsible for directly managing a licensed care service operated under the licence; and (ii) the directors of an applicant for the licence or the licensee; and (iii) the nominee for the licence; and (iv) the persons who will be, or are, performing risk-assessed roles for a licensed care service operated under the licence; or
- (i) the person who will be or is responsible for directly managing a licensed care service operated under the licence; and
- (ii) the directors of an applicant for the licence or the licensee; and
- (iii) the nominee for the licence; and
- (iv) the persons who will be, or are, performing risk-assessed roles for a licensed care service operated under the licence; or
- (b) for a certificate of approval— (i) an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate; and (ii) another adult member of the household of an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate.
- (i) an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate; and
- (ii) another adult member of the household of an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate.
- (i) the person who will be or is responsible for directly managing a licensed care service operated under the licence; and
- (ii) the directors of an applicant for the licence or the licensee; and
- (iii) the nominee for the licence; and
- (iv) the persons who will be, or are, performing risk-assessed roles for a licensed care service operated under the licence; or
- (i) an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate; and
- (ii) another adult member of the household of an applicant for, or holder of, the certificate.
