### sec.141F Personal history change—other household members
This section applies if an approved carer becomes aware of, or reasonably suspects there has been, a change in the personal history of a member of the carer’s household.
The approved carer must immediately notify the chief executive, in the approved form, that the change has happened or is suspected to have happened.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
