### sec.141B Meaning of personal history
A person’s personal history is—
for the nominee for a licence or a person to whom section 141D applies—the person’s domestic violence history and traffic history; or
for an approved foster carer or kinship carer, or a member of the carer’s household who holds a working with children authority—the person’s domestic violence history and traffic history; or
for a member of an approved foster carer’s or kinship carer’s household who does not hold a working with children authority—the person’s criminal history, domestic violence history and traffic history; or
for a provisionally approved carer or a member of the carer’s household—the person’s criminal history, domestic violence history and traffic history.
A reference in this division to a change in a person’s personal history includes, for a person who does not have a personal history, the acquisition of a personal history.

(sec.141B-ssec.1) A person’s personal history is— for the nominee for a licence or a person to whom section 141D applies—the person’s domestic violence history and traffic history; or for an approved foster carer or kinship carer, or a member of the carer’s household who holds a working with children authority—the person’s domestic violence history and traffic history; or for a member of an approved foster carer’s or kinship carer’s household who does not hold a working with children authority—the person’s criminal history, domestic violence history and traffic history; or for a provisionally approved carer or a member of the carer’s household—the person’s criminal history, domestic violence history and traffic history.
(sec.141B-ssec.2) A reference in this division to a change in a person’s personal history includes, for a person who does not have a personal history, the acquisition of a personal history.
- (a) for the nominee for a licence or a person to whom section 141D applies—the person’s domestic violence history and traffic history; or
- (b) for an approved foster carer or kinship carer, or a member of the carer’s household who holds a working with children authority—the person’s domestic violence history and traffic history; or
- (c) for a member of an approved foster carer’s or kinship carer’s household who does not hold a working with children authority—the person’s criminal history, domestic violence history and traffic history; or
- (d) for a provisionally approved carer or a member of the carer’s household—the person’s criminal history, domestic violence history and traffic history.
