### sec.140AI Notice of cancellation
If the chief executive cancels a person’s authority under this subdivision, the chief executive must immediately give written notice of the cancellation to the person.
The notice must state each of the following—
that the authority is cancelled under section 140AG or 140AH ;
the reason for the cancellation;
if the chief executive decides to cancel the authority under section 140AG (3) or (4) or 140AH —
the person may apply to the tribunal to have the decision reviewed; and
how, and the time within which, the person may apply to have the decision reviewed; and
any right the person has to have the operation of the decisions stayed.
The cancellation of the person’s authority takes effect on the day the notice is given to the person.
