### sec.136B Holding a certificate Only an individual is eligible to hold a certificate. Two or more individuals may hold a certificate jointly. A person living with his or her spouse may only hold a certificate jointly with the spouse. A person may hold more than 1 certificate. s 136B ins 2005 No. 40 s 41 (sec.136B-ssec.1) Only an individual is eligible to hold a certificate. (sec.136B-ssec.2) Two or more individuals may hold a certificate jointly. (sec.136B-ssec.3) A person living with his or her spouse may only hold a certificate jointly with the spouse. (sec.136B-ssec.4) A person may hold more than 1 certificate.
