### sec.127 Grant of application
If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must issue and give to the applicant a licence.
The licence may be issued subject to the reasonable conditions the chief executive considers appropriate.
The licence must be in the approved form.
The approved form must provide for the inclusion of the following—
the licensee’s name;
the name of the nominee for the licence;
the address of the licensed premises;
any conditions of the licence.

(sec.127-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must issue and give to the applicant a licence.
(sec.127-ssec.2) The licence may be issued subject to the reasonable conditions the chief executive considers appropriate.
(sec.127-ssec.3) The licence must be in the approved form.
