### sec.114 Transfer of proceedings
If a magistrate constituting the Childrens Court is of the opinion a proceeding before the magistrate should be heard by the court constituted by a magistrate at another place, the magistrate may order that the proceeding be transferred to the court constituted by a magistrate at the other place.
A magistrate may act under subsection (1) on the magistrate’s own initiative or on the application of a party to the proceeding.
