### sec.92 Entry to and exclusion from casino—generally
Save as is provided in this part, no person has a right against a casino operator to enter or remain in a casino, except by the licence of the casino operator.
A casino operator or casino manager may give an exclusion notice to a person if the casino operator or manager believes on reasonable grounds—
the person has engaged in dishonest acts in relation to gaming; or
the person has acted in a way affecting, or potentially affecting—
the proper conduct or integrity of gaming; or
the safety or wellbeing of the person or other persons in the casino; or
the person has engaged in unlawful conduct and, because of the conduct, the person’s presence in the casino would not be in the interests of the casino operator or persons in the casino; or
the safety of a dependant, or someone in the care, of the person, is at risk because of the person’s presence in the casino.
The exclusion notice must be accompanied by an information notice for the decision to give the notice.

(sec.92-ssec.1) Save as is provided in this part, no person has a right against a casino operator to enter or remain in a casino, except by the licence of the casino operator.
(sec.92-ssec.2) A casino operator or casino manager may give an exclusion notice to a person if the casino operator or manager believes on reasonable grounds— the person has engaged in dishonest acts in relation to gaming; or the person has acted in a way affecting, or potentially affecting— the proper conduct or integrity of gaming; or the safety or wellbeing of the person or other persons in the casino; or the person has engaged in unlawful conduct and, because of the conduct, the person’s presence in the casino would not be in the interests of the casino operator or persons in the casino; or the safety of a dependant, or someone in the care, of the person, is at risk because of the person’s presence in the casino.
(sec.92-ssec.3) The exclusion notice must be accompanied by an information notice for the decision to give the notice.
- (a) the person has engaged in dishonest acts in relation to gaming; or
- (b) the person has acted in a way affecting, or potentially affecting— (i) the proper conduct or integrity of gaming; or (ii) the safety or wellbeing of the person or other persons in the casino; or
- (i) the proper conduct or integrity of gaming; or
- (ii) the safety or wellbeing of the person or other persons in the casino; or
- (c) the person has engaged in unlawful conduct and, because of the conduct, the person’s presence in the casino would not be in the interests of the casino operator or persons in the casino; or
- (d) the safety of a dependant, or someone in the care, of the person, is at risk because of the person’s presence in the casino.
- (i) the proper conduct or integrity of gaming; or
- (ii) the safety or wellbeing of the person or other persons in the casino; or
