### sec.91D Appeals from tribunal only to Court of Appeal on a question of law
This section applies to a decision of the tribunal (the tribunal decision ) in a proceeding for a review of a decision or direction mentioned in section 91A .
The QCAT Act , chapter 2 , part 8 , division 1 does not apply to the tribunal decision.
A party to the proceeding may appeal to the Court of Appeal against the tribunal decision but only if the appeal is on a question of law.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the QCAT Act , section 149 does not apply to the tribunal decision.
