### sec.90F Reports of special manager
The special manager must report to the Minister and the chief executive on the performance of the manager’s functions—
as requested by the Minister or chief executive; and
as required in the manager’s instrument of appointment.
The Minister or chief executive may disclose a report made under subsection (1) , or anything in the report, only if the Minister or chief executive is satisfied it is in the public interest to make the disclosure.
Reporting to the Minister or chief executive, or the disclosure of a report, under this section does not constitute a waiver of any privilege attaching to information contained in the report, including, for example, legal professional privilege.

(sec.90F-ssec.1) The special manager must report to the Minister and the chief executive on the performance of the manager’s functions— as requested by the Minister or chief executive; and as required in the manager’s instrument of appointment.
