### sec.74 Control system submission
A casino operator may make a submission (a control system submission ) to the chief executive for approval of the operator’s proposed control system.
A control system submission must—
be in writing; and
describe and explain the casino operator’s proposed control system.
In particular, a control system submission must include information about—
the following things to be used in connection with the operation of the casino—
accounting systems and procedures;
administrative systems and procedures;
computer software; and
the general procedures to be followed in connection with the operation of the casino; and
the procedures and standards for the maintenance, security, storage and transportation of equipment to be used in connection with the operation of the casino; and
the procedures for making bets and paying winning bets; and
the procedures for using and maintaining security facilities.
However, a casino operator’s control system submission need not include particular information mentioned in subsection (3) if the chief executive is satisfied, having regard to the nature of the operator’s operations, that the information is not necessary for the chief executive’s proper consideration of the submission under section 75A .
A control system submission may include information additional to the information mentioned in subsection (3) .

(sec.74-ssec.1) A casino operator may make a submission (a control system submission ) to the chief executive for approval of the operator’s proposed control system.
(sec.74-ssec.2) A control system submission must— be in writing; and describe and explain the casino operator’s proposed control system.
(sec.74-ssec.3) In particular, a control system submission must include information about— the following things to be used in connection with the operation of the casino— accounting systems and procedures; administrative systems and procedures; computer software; and the general procedures to be followed in connection with the operation of the casino; and the procedures and standards for the maintenance, security, storage and transportation of equipment to be used in connection with the operation of the casino; and the procedures for making bets and paying winning bets; and the procedures for using and maintaining security facilities.
(sec.74-ssec.4) However, a casino operator’s control system submission need not include particular information mentioned in subsection (3) if the chief executive is satisfied, having regard to the nature of the operator’s operations, that the information is not necessary for the chief executive’s proper consideration of the submission under section 75A .
(sec.74-ssec.5) A control system submission may include information additional to the information mentioned in subsection (3) .
- (a) be in writing; and
- (b) describe and explain the casino operator’s proposed control system.
- (a) the following things to be used in connection with the operation of the casino— (i) accounting systems and procedures; (ii) administrative systems and procedures; (iii) computer software; and
- (i) accounting systems and procedures;
- (ii) administrative systems and procedures;
- (iii) computer software; and
- (b) the general procedures to be followed in connection with the operation of the casino; and
- (c) the procedures and standards for the maintenance, security, storage and transportation of equipment to be used in connection with the operation of the casino; and
- (d) the procedures for making bets and paying winning bets; and
- (e) the procedures for using and maintaining security facilities.
- (i) accounting systems and procedures;
- (ii) administrative systems and procedures;
- (iii) computer software; and
