### sec.72F Casino operator to ensure proper use of player cards
A casino operator must ensure a person does not play a prescribed game or carry out a prescribed activity other than by use of a player card in accordance with a regulation under section 72E .
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A casino operator must not allow a person to play a prescribed game or carry out a prescribed activity using a player card that the casino operator knows, or ought reasonably to know, was issued to someone else.

A reference in this section to a casino operator includes a reference to an employee or agent of a casino operator.
