### sec.72B Directions about advertising
If the chief executive reasonably believes an advertisement about a casino does not comply with section 72A , the chief executive may direct the person who appears to be responsible for authorising the advertisement to take the appropriate steps—
to stop using the advertisement; or
to change the advertisement.
The direction must—
be in writing; and
state the grounds for the direction; and
for a direction to change the advertisement—state how the advertisement is to be changed.
A person to whom a direction is given must comply with the direction, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.

(sec.72B-ssec.1) If the chief executive reasonably believes an advertisement about a casino does not comply with section 72A , the chief executive may direct the person who appears to be responsible for authorising the advertisement to take the appropriate steps— to stop using the advertisement; or to change the advertisement.
