### sec.66 Casino operator shall not accept credit wagers etc.
A casino operator must not and an agent or employee of a casino operator must not, in connection with any gaming—
accept a credit wager from any person; or
make a loan to any person; or
advance any thing of value to any person; or
provide cash or chips to any person in respect of a credit card transaction; or
extend credit in any form to any person; or
release or discharge in whole or in part a debt owing by any person without first submitting the prescribed information and material to the Minister and the Minister approving such release or discharge.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
Subsection (1) (a) to (e) does not apply in relation to gaming by a nonresident of Queensland visiting a casino under a junket agreement.
Nothing contained in subsection (1) limits the operation of the provisions of section 68 .
