### sec.64A Wagers other than permissible minimum and maximum wagers
A casino patron may make arrangements with a casino operator for the patron to make wagers that—
are less than the permissible minimum wager for a table or location; or
are more than the maximum wager for a table or location.
If a casino operator makes an arrangement mentioned in subsection (1) , the operator must give to the patron a document (the patron’s document ) about the arrangement and tell the patron about using the document.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
The patron’s document must be in the approved form.
If a patron makes a wager less than the permissible minimum wager, or more than the permissible maximum wager, for a table or location, a casino employee at the table or location must not accept the wager unless—
the wager is made under an arrangement mentioned in subsection (1) ; and
the patron’s document for the arrangement—
is on the table, or at the location, in front of the patron; and
is clearly visible to the employee.
