### sec.64 Help for patrons about rules of games
A casino operator must—
when asked by a casino patron for a copy of the rules for the playing of a game, other than a machine game, give the patron a copy of the rules of the game to look at; and
prominently display in the casino advice or information about gaming rules, wagers, payout odds for a wager, and other advice or information directed by the chief executive; and
provide, for casino patrons, summaries of the rules in accordance with texts approved by the chief executive; and
display at each gaming table or location for the playing of a game a sign showing the permissible minimum and maximum wagers for the game played at the table or location.

Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
A casino operator must ensure the permissible minimum wager displayed for a game at a table or location where gaming is taking place is not changed to a higher permissible minimum wager unless—
a sign showing the new minimum, and the proposed time of change, is displayed at the table or location for at least 20 minutes before the time of the proposed change; or
all players at the table or location agree to the change.
