### sec.50D Dealing with supervision levy Each amount of supervision levy received under this part— is a controlled receipt for the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and may be used for the purpose stated in section 50 . s 50D ins 2024 No. 10 s 17 - (a) is a controlled receipt for the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and - (b) may be used for the purpose stated in section 50 .
