### sec.45G Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
If the chief executive suspends a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence, the chief executive may, for any remaining period of suspension and at any time the suspension is in force—
cancel the period; or
reduce the period by a stated period.
The chief executive may cancel or reduce the period only if the chief executive considers it is appropriate to take the action.
The chief executive must immediately give written notice of the decision to—
the holder of the licence; and
if the chief executive believed the holder was an employee of a casino operator when the licence was suspended—the casino operator.
Subsection (1) does not apply to an immediate suspension.
