### sec.41 Display of identification
A casino key employee or casino employee shall at all times whilst on duty in the casino wear a form of identification as prescribed on the employee’s person in such a manner as to be visible to other persons in the casino.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
Subsection (1) is not applicable in the case of a person exempted by the chief executive from the obligation to comply therewith.
The chief executive may so exempt a person or class of person from such obligation.
