### sec.148 Continuation of offence under s 72(2) This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against section 72(2), as in force immediately before the commencement of this section. Despite the Criminal Code , section 11 , a proceeding for the offence may be started or continued, and the court may hear and decide the proceeding, as if section 72 had not been amended by the Liquor and Gaming (Red Tape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 . s 148 ins 2013 No. 25 s 23 (sec.148-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is alleged to have committed an offence against section 72(2), as in force immediately before the commencement of this section. (sec.148-ssec.2) Despite the Criminal Code , section 11 , a proceeding for the offence may be started or continued, and the court may hear and decide the proceeding, as if section 72 had not been amended by the Liquor and Gaming (Red Tape Reduction) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2013 .
