### sec.127 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may be about the following—
the types of work a casino key employee or casino employee may be licensed to perform and the compilation of lists in relation to the work;
the casino tax mentioned in section 51 ;
gaming machines and machine games;
fees;
tournaments for games;
the naming of a game or wager;
the permissible minimum and maximum wagers for a game;
the maximum denomination of currency that may be inserted in a note acceptor in a casino;
procedures for claims by casino patrons relating to gaming transactions;
requirements relating to junket agreements;
training requirements for casino key employees and casino employees.
A regulation may impose a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for contravention of a regulation.

(sec.127-ssec.3) A regulation may impose a penalty of no more than 20 penalty units for contravention of a regulation.
- (a) the types of work a casino key employee or casino employee may be licensed to perform and the compilation of lists in relation to the work;
- (b) the casino tax mentioned in section 51 ;
- (c) gaming machines and machine games;
- (d) fees;
- (e) tournaments for games;
- (f) the naming of a game or wager;
- (g) the permissible minimum and maximum wagers for a game;
- (h) the maximum denomination of currency that may be inserted in a note acceptor in a casino;
- (i) procedures for claims by casino patrons relating to gaming transactions;
