### sec.108 Offences relating to unauthorised games A person shall not conduct in a casino any game unless the game is permitted to be conducted in a casino pursuant to section 63 . Maximum penalty—400 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment. If a body corporate commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the body corporate may be taken, under section 123 , to have also committed the offence.
