### sec.102A Minors employed by casino operator
Section 102 does not apply to a minor employed by the casino operator for a purpose, and in circumstances, approved by the chief executive.
The chief executive may approve of a minor being in a casino as part of a training or work experience arrangement if the chief executive believes that it is part of the minor’s duties to be in the casino.
If an electrician is employed by a casino operator to repair its gaming equipment, the electrician’s minor apprentice may be approved by the chief executive to be in the casino on conditions, including, for example, only when the apprentice is with the electrician while the electrician or apprentice is repairing a machine.
