### sec.100D Report about prohibition under order or direction
A regulation may require a casino operator to give a report to the chief executive about the prohibition of persons from entering or remaining in the casino under a self-exclusion order or an exclusion direction.
The report must be in the approved form.
The regulation may prescribe the times, and the way in which, the report is to be given to the chief executive.
The casino operator must comply with the regulation.
Maximum penalty—60 penalty units.

(sec.100D-ssec.1) A regulation may require a casino operator to give a report to the chief executive about the prohibition of persons from entering or remaining in the casino under a self-exclusion order or an exclusion direction.
