### sec.98 General provisions relating to orders on appeal
An order made by a tribunal may include such ancillary or consequential provisions as the tribunal thinks fit.
For the purpose of securing compliance with an order on appeal, a tribunal may order a body corporate, the chairperson, secretary or treasurer of a body corporate or its committee, a body corporate manager or a proprietor or other person having an estate or interest in a lot or an occupier of a lot to do or refrain from doing a specified act with respect to a parcel.
A tribunal may, by order, dismiss an appeal.
