### sec.71 Amount of progress payment The amount of a progress payment to which a person is entitled under a construction contract is— if the contract provides for the matter—the amount calculated in accordance with the contract; or if the contract does not provide for the matter—the amount calculated on the basis of the value of construction work carried out, or related goods and services supplied, by the person in accordance with the contract. - (a) if the contract provides for the matter—the amount calculated in accordance with the contract; or - (b) if the contract does not provide for the matter—the amount calculated on the basis of the value of construction work carried out, or related goods and services supplied, by the person in accordance with the contract.
