### sec.57B Trust records to be given to auditor
This section applies if the trustee for a project trust or retention trust engages an auditor to carry out a review of the trust account.
The trustee must provide the auditor with all trust records requested by the auditor as soon as practicable after the records are requested.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
