### sec.51G Right of trustee to apply to Supreme Court for directions
The trustee for a project trust or retention trust may apply to the Supreme Court for directions about—
an amount held in trust; or
the administration of the trust; or
the exercise of a power by the trustee.
A copy of the application must be given to all beneficiaries for the trust unless otherwise directed by the Supreme Court.

(sec.51G-ssec.1) The trustee for a project trust or retention trust may apply to the Supreme Court for directions about— an amount held in trust; or the administration of the trust; or the exercise of a power by the trustee.
(sec.51G-ssec.2) A copy of the application must be given to all beneficiaries for the trust unless otherwise directed by the Supreme Court.
