### sec.30A References to particular terms in this part In this part— a reference to a contract in association with a reference to a retention trust is a reference to the contract for which the trust is required; and a reference to a contracting party in association with a reference to a retention trust is a reference to the contracting party for the contract for which the trust is required; and a reference to a contracted party in association with a reference to a retention trust is a reference to the contracted party for the contract for which the trust is required; and a reference to a trustee in association with a reference to a retention trust or a contract for which a retention trust is required is a reference to the trustee for the retention trust. s 30A ins 2020 No. 24 s 63 - (a) a reference to a contract in association with a reference to a retention trust is a reference to the contract for which the trust is required; and - (b) a reference to a contracting party in association with a reference to a retention trust is a reference to the contracting party for the contract for which the trust is required; and - (c) a reference to a contracted party in association with a reference to a retention trust is a reference to the contracted party for the contract for which the trust is required; and - (d) a reference to a trustee in association with a reference to a retention trust or a contract for which a retention trust is required is a reference to the trustee for the retention trust.
