### sec.208 Preservation of existing entitlement to subcontractors’ charges This section applies if, before the commencement, a subcontractor became entitled to a subcontractor’s charge under the repealed Act and the entitlement had not been extinguished or otherwise ended before the commencement. The entitlement to the subcontractor’s charge continues under this Act until it is extinguished or otherwise ends under this Act. s 208 amd 2018 No. 17 s 197 sch 2 (sec.208-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a subcontractor became entitled to a subcontractor’s charge under the repealed Act and the entitlement had not been extinguished or otherwise ended before the commencement. (sec.208-ssec.2) The entitlement to the subcontractor’s charge continues under this Act until it is extinguished or otherwise ends under this Act.
