### sec.189 Approved audit program
The commissioner may approve a program (an approved audit program ) under which the commission may audit a person to establish whether the person has been complying with this Act.
An approved audit program must state—
the purpose of the program; and
when the program starts; and
the period over which the program is to be carried out; and
objective criteria for selecting trustees and persons who are to be the subject of audit.
If the commissioner approves an approved audit program, the commissioner must publish the program on the commission’s website.
In this section—
trustee means a person who is or was the trustee of a project trust or retention trust.
