### sec.184 Replacement of certificate of registration
An adjudicator may apply to the registrar for replacement of the adjudicator’s certificate of registration if the certificate has been damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen.
The application must—
include information about the circumstances in which the certificate was damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen; and
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation for the application.
The registrar must consider the application and either grant, or refuse to grant, the application.
The registrar must grant the application if the registrar is satisfied the certificate of registration has been damaged, destroyed, lost or stolen in a way that requires its replacement.
If the registrar decides to grant the application, the registrar must, as soon as practicable, issue another certificate of registration to the applicant.
If the registrar decides to refuse to grant the application, the registrar must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
