### sec.177 Applying to registrar for internal review
A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under divisions 1 to 4 (the original decision ) may apply to the registrar for an internal review of the original decision.
The application must be made within 28 days after—
if the person is given an information notice for the decision—the day the person is given the information notice; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—the day the person otherwise becomes aware of the decision.
The registrar may, at any time, extend the time for applying for the internal review.
The application must be in writing and state fully the grounds for making the application.
