### sec.173 Ending show cause process without further action
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the registrar no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel the registration.
The registrar must not take any further action in relation to the show cause notice.
The registrar must give the adjudicator written notice that no further action is to be taken in relation to the show cause notice.
(sec.173-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the registrar no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel the registration.
