### sec.169 Registration taken to be in force while application for renewal is considered
If an application is made under section 167 , the adjudicator’s registration is taken to continue in force from the day that it would, apart from this section, have ended until the application is decided under section 167 or is withdrawn.
However, if the application is refused, the registration continues in force until the information notice for the decision is given to the applicant.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the registration is earlier suspended or cancelled.
