### sec.163 Decision on application for registration
If the registrar decides to grant the application, the registrar must issue a certificate of registration to the applicant.
If the registrar decides to impose conditions on the registration, the registrar must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
If the registrar decides to refuse to grant the application, the registrar must immediately give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
