### sec.157 Annual report on operation of chapter and registry As soon as practicable after each financial year, but not later than 30 September, the commissioner must give the Minister a report including— a review of the operation of chapter 3 and the registry during the preceding financial year; and proposals for improving the operation of, and forecasts of the workload of, the registry in the present financial year. The report may be included in the commission’s annual report. Unless the report is included in the commission’s annual report, the Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report. In this section— annual report means an annual report prepared under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 .
