### sec.142 Court jurisdiction Claims and all other matters arising under this chapter between a person claiming a subcontractor’s charge and any other person alleged to be liable to pay an amount claimed or otherwise interested in money that may be affected by a claim of a subcontractor’s charge and between persons claiming a subcontractor’s charge may be heard, determined and enforced by proceedings under this chapter in a court of competent jurisdiction.
