### sec.120 Damages payable for failure to give information
This section applies if a person fails to give a subcontractor information as required under section 119 .
The person is liable to pay the subcontractor an amount for damages that the subcontractor incurred as a consequence of the failure.
Damages under subsection (2) must be decided by the court on the application of the subcontractor.
In a proceeding mentioned in subsection (3) the person is excused from the liability under subsection (2) if the person satisfies the court that the person has a reasonable excuse for the failure.
(sec.120-ssec.1) This section applies if a person fails to give a subcontractor information as required under section 119 .
(sec.120-ssec.2) The person is liable to pay the subcontractor an amount for damages that the subcontractor incurred as a consequence of the failure.
(sec.120-ssec.3) Damages under subsection (2) must be decided by the court on the application of the subcontractor.
