### sec.100G Orders court may make
On hearing an application made under section 100F , the court may order that the relevant property be sold if satisfied the adjudicated amount, the subject of the charge, remains unpaid and it would be appropriate to make the order.
Without limiting the orders it may make, the court may—
set aside the charge; or
appoint a person to act as the claimant’s agent for the sale.

(sec.100G-ssec.1) On hearing an application made under section 100F , the court may order that the relevant property be sold if satisfied the adjudicated amount, the subject of the charge, remains unpaid and it would be appropriate to make the order.
(sec.100G-ssec.2) Without limiting the orders it may make, the court may— set aside the charge; or appoint a person to act as the claimant’s agent for the sale.
- (a) set aside the charge; or
- (b) appoint a person to act as the claimant’s agent for the sale.
