### sec.100A Definitions for part In this part— appropriate form means the form required by the registrar of titles. head contractor means the contracted party for a contract that is not also a subcontract of another contract. registered owner see the Land Title Act 1994 , schedule 2 . relevant property , for an adjudicated amount, means the lot— on which the construction work, related to the adjudicated amount, was carried out; or to which the related goods and services, related to the adjudicated amount, were supplied. s 100A ins 2020 No. 24 s 75 - (a) on which the construction work, related to the adjudicated amount, was carried out; or - (b) to which the related goods and services, related to the adjudicated amount, were supplied.
