### sec.298 Continuing effect of particular exemptions This section applies to an exemption, for a regulated pool, from compliance with the fencing standards granted by a local government under previous section 240, if the exemption is in effect on the 2010 Act commencement day. The exemption is taken to be an exemption granted under chapter 8, part 2, division 3.
