### sec.246DB Constitution of tribunal for disciplinary proceeding For a proceeding under section 246DA , if the president of the tribunal under the QCAT Act considers it appropriate, the president may choose the following persons to constitute the tribunal— 1 legally qualified member under the QCAT Act ; 1 senior member or ordinary member who has special knowledge of pool safety inspection functions and the administration of this Act; 1 other senior member or ordinary member. In this section— ordinary member means an ordinary member under the QCAT Act . senior member means a senior member under the QCAT Act . s 246DB ins 2010 No. 21 s 10 (sec.246DB-ssec.1) For a proceeding under section 246DA , if the president of the tribunal under the QCAT Act considers it appropriate, the president may choose the following persons to constitute the tribunal— 1 legally qualified member under the QCAT Act ; 1 senior member or ordinary member who has special knowledge of pool safety inspection functions and the administration of this Act; 1 other senior member or ordinary member.
