### sec.246DA Tribunal may conduct disciplinary proceeding The tribunal may, on application by the QBCC commissioner, conduct a disciplinary proceeding to decide whether a ground for taking disciplinary action against a pool safety inspector is established. An application under subsection (1) must be made as provided under the QCAT Act . s 246DA ins 2010 No. 21 s 10 amd 2014 No. 56 s 68 sch 1 (sec.246DA-ssec.1) The tribunal may, on application by the QBCC commissioner, conduct a disciplinary proceeding to decide whether a ground for taking disciplinary action against a pool safety inspector is established. (sec.246DA-ssec.2) An application under subsection (1) must be made as provided under the QCAT Act .
