### sec.246CL Pool safety inspector must be advised of complaint After receiving the complaint, the QBCC commissioner must, by notice— inform the pool safety inspector of the nature of the complaint; and invite the pool safety inspector to make, within the time stated in the notice, representations to the commissioner about the complaint. The time stated in the notice must be at least 5 business days after the notice is given.
