### sec.246AT Access to regulated pools register
The QBCC commissioner must—
on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, make the regulated pools register available for inspection by anyone at—
QBCC’s head office, while the office is open for business; and
other places the commissioner considers appropriate; and
on application by a person and payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, give the person a copy of all or part of the information held in the register.
The commissioner may make the regulated pools register available for inspection on QBCC’s website.
A person or entity, or class of persons or entities, prescribed under a regulation may inspect the register without payment of the fee.

(sec.246AT-ssec.1) The QBCC commissioner must— on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, make the regulated pools register available for inspection by anyone at— QBCC’s head office, while the office is open for business; and other places the commissioner considers appropriate; and on application by a person and payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, give the person a copy of all or part of the information held in the register.
(sec.246AT-ssec.2) The commissioner may make the regulated pools register available for inspection on QBCC’s website.
(sec.246AT-ssec.3) A person or entity, or class of persons or entities, prescribed under a regulation may inspect the register without payment of the fee.
- (a) on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, make the regulated pools register available for inspection by anyone at— (i) QBCC’s head office, while the office is open for business; and (ii) other places the commissioner considers appropriate; and
