### sec.246AS Regulated pools register
The QBCC commissioner must keep a register of regulated pools (the regulated pools register ).
The regulated pools register may be kept in the way the commissioner considers appropriate, including, for example, in an electronic form.
The regulated pools register must contain the following particulars for each regulated pool—
the address, and real property description, of the land on which the pool is situated;
the following information about any pool safety certificate for the pool—
the day the certificate was given and the period for which it is stated to remain in force;
the certificate’s identification number;
any other matter prescribed under a regulation.

(sec.246AS-ssec.1) The QBCC commissioner must keep a register of regulated pools (the regulated pools register ).
(sec.246AS-ssec.2) The regulated pools register may be kept in the way the commissioner considers appropriate, including, for example, in an electronic form.
